The creator of harmonies and aroma specialist François Chartier presents his new adventure: a range of Japanese sake. Since 2018, he is “Master Blender” for Tanaka 1789, one of the oldest sake breweries in Japan – founded in 1789. The first sake from his new “Tanaka 1789 x Chartier” line will be launched worldwide in the spring of 2020.
