On September 30, at Château Frontenac, François Chartier launched the first four of his new tailor-made and eminently digestible wines that he created specifically along the aromatic paths of the foods that are best paired with each of them.
For the sommelier and his trademark “Chartier Créateur d’harmonies”, this expertly aged range of wines is the accomplishment of a lifetime.
It is also the result of his cutting-edge research exploring the science behind food and wine pairing which has been published in his best-selling book Taste buds and Molecules: The Art and Science of Food, Wine, and Flavor.
