Chartier gave a talk in which he presented the ambitious, pioneering study “Cava, universal harmony” together with the President of DO Cava, Javier Pagés.

In 2018, this “Créateur d’harmonies” will launch a world tour. He’ll be sharing the results of his chocolate research on five continents at press conferences to be held by Cacao Barry. The tour will reach London on January 29, Berlin on April 17 during the World Chocolate Master Cup*, and Lyon on June 4. It will run until 2019 with stops in Paris, Madrid, Milan, Miami, and Chicago.

Québec director Kim Nguyen, whose movie War Witch (Rebelle) was nominated at the Oscars in 2014, will have the honour of officially opening the Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) on November 12, 2014, with his new film, Le Nez – The Empire of Scents, a documentary film inspired by the best seller Taste Buds and Molecules: The Art and Science of Food With Wine written by François Chartier Créateur d’harmonies.
